Our ricotta Cavatelli are formed using traditional Italian machinery. The dough is infused with Ricotta cheese, giving the pasta a soft, chewy bite. Pair with meat ragu for the perfect comfort food.
Heating Instructions:
Bring 4 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil. Add frozen cavatelli to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer and stir gently. Heat uncovered for approximately 8 minutes, until cavatelli float or to desired tenderness. Heat until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well and serve.
