100% semolina pasta filled with premium Ricotta, Pecorino Romano, Parmesan and Asiago cheese. Prepare our trim-color cheese tortellini in less than 5 minutes: simply boil, add your favorite sauce and serve.

Heating Instructions:

Bring 4 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil. Add frozen tortellini to boiling water, reduce heat to low simmer and stir gently. Heat uncovered for 3 minutes, until tortellini float or to desired tenderness. Heat until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Drain well and serve.
